Ben & Bethany Wampler
Lead Pastors
Pastors Ben and Bethany Wampler have dedicated their lives to serving God and others with authenticity, humility, and unwavering faith. Ben first felt the call to ministry as a young boy on the side of a mountain at church camp. That moment became the foundation for a life of service—whether vacuuming floors and stacking chairs or preaching the Word of God, he has always pursued the place where God has called him to serve.
At 17, Ben began leading a small group of young men in discipleship, and by 22, he was appointed Sectional Youth Director for one of the largest districts in the Pentecostal Church of God (PCG). In 2022, he was formally ordained into pastoral ministry.
Bethany has served faithfully in the local church for over a decade, using her gifts in music, mentoring, and leadership to minister to others. She has worked closely with youth and families and brings creativity, warmth, and depth to every area of ministry she touches.
In 2024, following the leading of the Holy Spirit, Ben and Bethany stepped away from their roles as associate pastors and relocated their family to the Treasure Valley, not knowing exactly what God had in store—but confident there was still more Kingdom work to be done.
In response to that call, they founded Harbor Church, with a vision to create a place of peace, belonging, and transformation—a harbor in the storm. They now reside in the Treasure Valley with their two young children, who bring them more joy than anything else in this world and serve as daily reminders of God’s grace and goodness.
